MT-Propeller honoured with prestigious award
In Bavaria, the home of many world-known corporations, like Audi, BMW, Siemens and 600,000 mid-sized companies, the Bavarian Minister of Economic Affairs, Hubert Aiwanger, awarded on the 24th of July for the 23rd time the „BAVARIA’S BEST 50“ prize to the 50 fastest growing mid-sized companies in Bavaria.
The „BAVARIA’S BEST 50“ award honors companies which have achieved above-average growth in sales and number of employees over the past five years.

Founded in 1981 by Gerd Mühlbauer, the Atting-based company has since become the world‘s number 1 in the development and manufacture of natural composite propellers for aircraft, hovercraft and wind tunnels. A total of 285 people work for the company at its three facilities in Germany, the Czech Republic and the USA.
MT-Propeller is honored the first time in the company’s history and is therefore especially proud as an aviation company to achieve this award. This also strengthens the Bavarian aerospace region.

With the longest industry TBO of 4500 hours or 6 years for the 5-bladed turbo prop MT-Propeller has proven the reliability over years.
A factory certified network of 62 service centers, provides best service and maintenance all over the world.
